Enrichment
Advanced students will be challenged to create a 6 day a week, 6 week rotational menu or one that can be used as an example for students in the upcoming semesters. LD/CD students will be given a modified project of 1 week (instead of 6) with 7 days of menus- they will be challenged with 5 ingredient recipes, They will then share their 1 week project with 6 other CD/LD students(throughout all FFL classes that semester) to make a combined 6 week rotational menu. The beginning of qtr 2, students will take a field trip across the street to Quillin’s and price their favorite week and report back to class their grocery cost for the week.
